My mother took me to Vic for my first tattoo! It was one of my High School Graduation gifts ! He was the best !! Easy to talk to , educated me about a tattoo idea I had , made sure the pain wasn’t too much for me , quick nest service ! Check him out !!! I even went back & got my second tattoo from Vic ! I will not be allowing anybody else to tattoo me if it’s not Vic ! I will post both pictures
